The Second Annual Towson University Jazz Festival was a COMPLETE SUCCESS, depite the lack of cooperation on Saturday, Jan. 21, from Mother Nature! Yamaha artist and multiple Grammy Award winning vibraphonist Dave Samuels was the guest clinician and he knocked it out of the park! SAVE THE DATES for next year's TU Jazz Festival - Friday and Saturday, January 18 and 19, 2013. Baritone saxophonist extraordinaire Denis DiBlasio will be the guest artist/clinician.

Jim played with the Alan Baylock Jazz Orchestra at the Kennedy Center's Millennium Stage Easter Sunday, 2011. His solo on "Cottontail" is at 45:10. A great band and fantastic music!
